1. All major components are forged with CR-MO alloy, steel, through quenching and tempering. After grinding, all componets are soaked in high quality low temperatre resistant hydraulic oil. All xan work normally with temperature renging from -40° To 40° .
2. Built in pressure reduction valve protects the main unit against outside strong pressure or strong wind, ect., and prevents damage or oil leskage.
3. Accurate postioning feature: Whether operating outward or inward, it can be positioned at 0° , and will be precisely positioned when opened 90° .
4. Opening moment is 40NM, closing moment is 26NM, and not lower than 25NM at 5° .
5. Consistent quality and normal operation as tested and approved by state technical supervision department after operation of 200000 times, meeting QB/T2697-2005 technical standard requirements.
6. Human-oriented design, super thin body, flexible front-rear, left-right, up and down adjustment, convenient for technicians to install and adjust.
